Valyou signs with Glam Media in new publishing agreement

LONDON, UK, July 20, 2012 – Valyou has announced a new publishing agreement with Glam Media that will enable advertisers to promote products and services through the Film Industry Network platform.
Film Industry Network, which was founded in 2009, is a news and educational website with over 100,000 members. The new publishing agreement secured by Valyou, will enable it to serve additional advertising spaces across its portfolio of websites to readers in the US, UK and Europe.
Glam Media, which works with major advertisers including L’Oréal, Garnier, Sony, Canon, Xbox, Eurostar, Fox Searchlight to name but a few, develops tailored advertising campaigns that are launched through a global network of publishers.
Film Industry Network, which targets a readership of filmmakers, industry professionals and enthusiasts, will benefit from an additional revenue stream, monetising its archive of educational resources and news articles.
The publishing agreement signed today will also enable Glam Media and Film Industry Network to develop bespoke campaigns for brands that want to convey messages to targeted audiences.
With internet audiences becoming increasingly connected through news and niche publications, advertising spend by the world’s leading brands has begun to shift from traditional linear TV programmes to the internet.
