Valyou completes filming at the FNAC in Paris for upcoming film ‘Black Gold’
BOULOGNE-BILLANCOURT, France, November 25, 2011 – Valyou successfully concluded filming today for a behind-the-scenes documentary of the recently released film ‘Or Noir’ (Black Gold).
The shoot took place at the FNAC, one of France’s leading retailers with several hundred stores nationwide as part of a special masterclass event. The filming was organised and formatted for a live studio audience with the attendance of legendary French film director, Jean-Jacques Annaud.
In collaboration with production company One Shot Audiovisuel, Valyou provided creative services and production staff to film the live Q&A at the FNAC store, with the film’s director and an interviewer answering questions from audience members throughout the event.
Following today’s shoot, the intimate discussion with Jean-Jacques Annaud, whose credits include ‘The Name of the Rose’ starring Sean Connery and ‘Enemy at the Gates’ with Jude Law, Rachel Weisz and Ed Harris, will be part of a special DVD edition for ‘Black Gold’.
Annaud’s newest film, which was discussed in today’s masterclass, stars Antonio Banderas is an epic historical drama based on the 1957 book South of the Heart: A Novel of Modern Arabia.
