Valyou launches new brand for 3C Service Alliance
MUNICH, Germany, January 10, 2011 – Valyou today announced the launch of 3C Service Alliance’s new portal for its corporate partners and suppliers.
Experts in the delivery of after-sales service solutions, 3CSA needed to develop a digital presence in order to articulate its offer to new potential customers and its existing partners.
The website has been developed with an international web team, creating a front end which encompasses the various niche service offerings provided by 3CSA.
Among some of its international customers include Toshiba and other major tech brands, which the company provides service optimisation and niche refurbishment capabilities to through an established partner network.
As part of the scope of work, Valyou consulted with senior teams in Germany and Italy to develop a comprehensive solution. The website also houses a backend partner zone, enabling communications between suppliers and partners to support operations around the world.
